Hello Support, I'm having problems activating my permanent license for parallels 12 on a new MAC. When I try to activate, introducing the license key, I get the following error: This license has reached its activation limit and can no longer be used to activate new product copies I have followed the KB article with an unsuccessful result: https://kb.parallels.com/123461 No other parallels software running on old machines because does not exists no more, so there is no computer right now using the license. So please can support help me to solve this issue I cannot use parallels right now. Thanks, Kind regards.
