Parallels 12 + Windows 10 = High CPU usage

Acesse a opção: Gerenciamento de energia do Processador
sub-opção: Política de resfriamento do sistema
Selecione a opção: passivo - Tanto para Bateria ou Tomada.

Can you give the emulator to use more than only one core and more ram? I have the impression that this is intentional so that you have to use Windows 11 Arm.
I went from Windows to avoid using Windows 11 and now I'm forced to this crap of OS as a VM. I thought, that I'm away from it. Please do something. Thats the only issue I have with Parallels.
I use a MacBook Pro M2 Max with 38 Core GPU, 64GB RAM and 2TB SSD and I'm waiting for the Mac Studio M4 Ultra with 256GB RAM (hopefully 512GB RAM) and 8TB SSD.
