Does anyone have any tips on how we can speed up Windows 10 in Parallels Desktop for Mac version 13.3.2. This is mainly on Retina iMacs with Fusion Drives. We've read some of the other config posts but nothing seems to be working. There's a complete lag with everything we do in Windows 10. Windows 7 was a BREEZE! Fresh install of Win 10 even still has this lag. Opening general windows. Right clicking. Even the start button has a lag. Typing in search lags. Its endless!
Just so you know and can suggest, here's what we have set under Configure:
CPU & Memory - Processors 2 / Memory 4 / Advanced Settings - Extended unchecked / Adaptive Hypervisor checked
Graphics - Memory 512 / Resolution - Best for Retina / Advanced Settings - 3D Direct X / Vertical Sync checked
Mouse & Keyboard - defaults
Shared printers - off/unchecked Share
Network - Default Adaptor / Bridged
Sound - Defaults
USB & Bluetooth - Defaults / Share Mac camera with Windows checked
Hard Disk - Defaults / Trim unchecked
No CD
Boot Order - Hard Disk only checked
ANYTHING else anyone can think of or suggest would be GREATLY appreciated!
