Parallels 3.0 cant get past windows 2000 licensing agreement screen

I am trying to determine how to make mouse click or F8 prompt to allow me to initialize loading of the application. When I click on the blue screen my cursor disappears and I attempt the F8 prompt but with no result. I'm frustrated.
