Parallels 4 opens always in Coherence Mode

Hello

my Parallels 4 opens always in Coherence Mode if i'am open a file in MacOS that is defined to open with a Windows Application. This occurs only if Windows XP Prof SP3 was off.

I have defined in the Virtual machine configuration that my Windows opens in "Window Mode". If i open Windows manually then it opens in Window Mode, but if i open a file with MacOS that opens my virtual machine, then it starts always in Coherence Mode.

How can i disable this?

Troubleshooting done yet: Updating Parallels and Windows, deleted Parallels *.plist in my user library.
 
Parallels 6 also opens always in Coherence Mode

I know you posted this a long time ago, but the same issue is happening to me in Parallels 6. Did you find a fix?
