Parallels 4 - Window is HUGE, how do I set my resolution?

I just installed the new Parallels 4, and booted up Ubuntu 8.10. The window is huge, bigger than my MacBook Pro's screen (15"). How do I force a certain resolution??

You can just reduce video memory size in VM configuration to 2 MB or so. See screenshot.
