Parallels 5, Cannot log on, stalls

So I upgraded from the Beta to the Final, and now I can't seem to log onto my Windows 7 Boot Camp partition at all. I load up to the log on screen but thats about it. I cannot even type in my password. The system shows that the main drive isn't being read or written, but my CPU for Parallels is pinned at 100%. I've let it run for over 20 minutes now and still nothing.

I can boot into safe mode, but its completely useless because I cannot uninstall or even install the Parallels Tools under safe mode.

Anyone have any suggestions?
