Parallels 6 startup issue

Whenever I startup parallels 6 it gives me the error message "The appliance file is corrupt: Try to download the appliance again." I have reinstalled multiple times. Updated to the newest version and upgraded from windows xp to 7. Still says the exact same thing. Any ideas?

What parallels build are you using? 11990 or 11992. Perhaps that is the cause.
