Parallels 6 Windows XP disc error - won't boot

I installed Snow Leopard on my iMac then installed the trial version of Parallels 6. After clicking on Parallels Windows XP won't open. Receiving disc error. Any help would be awesome. Stuck here frustrated.
 
Not a lot of detail here, but I think you are having the same issue as me. My post is below. Exact same thing happened to me. I had an existing boot camp configuration and tried parallels 6 trial. Now my boot camp refuses to start and says "disk read error" at the DOS prompt. Parallels gives the same error. Partition with boot camp is unmounted and will not remount
