In my Win XP VM, I double-click on "My computer" and it takes, literally 10 seconds of flashlight before I get my disks displayed. And there are only C, D, E (disconnected DVD) and P (Boxcryptor mounted drive).
I have seen inexplicably long (10 seconds) delays when I access one of the OS X drives through Windows Explorer.
What gives with these delays? Anyone have a clue? It is very frustrating.
I have the VM configured with 1148MB and 1 CPU. This is on a late 2008 MBP.
