Parallels 8 + El Capitan

Everything has been running great for years. I installed El Capitan and can no longer run Parallels. This is the error message that I am getting. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Hi, if you are having either Parallels Desktop 9 or 10 then you can upgrade it to Parallels Desktop 11 for $49.99 or else you'll have to purchase a full license key.
