Hi,
I've got a setup with MBP 2011, Mountain Lion 10.8.2, Parallels 8 and Windows 8 Professional. When using full screen mode, Windows 8 shows up on my external monitor, but the laptop monitor shows OSX.
Looking at screen resolution in Windows, I can only see one monitor.
Is there some setting I have missed somewhere since other people seem to be able to run multiple monitors without problems?
EDIT: Found the setting "Use all displays in full screen"
