Parallels 9.0.24217 Issues

I updated Parallels to version 9.0.24217 tonight. After updating, I am having fairly serious issues on the Windows side. As soon as I boot up Parallels/Windows I hear my fan turn on as if it is being pushed. Also, I am updating mysql databases on Windows via phpmyadmin on Firefox. I have been trying to import a simple table script and just clicking the file browser sent Firefox into a sort of Not Responding state. It did finally let me select the sql script. However, it then took another 5-10 minutes before responding to the file import. Again, Firefox went into another Not Responding state. This has only happened since updating to this recent version. What is going on? My system config is

OS X 10.9.2
Macbook Pro, 16 GB RAM
Windows 7, 64 bit
Parallels 9.0.24217
 
Constantly running at 65%+ of physical memory. What the h3ll is going on? This was not the case before this recent update.
 
I am have major win7 crashes with this new update. something is broken in this release. my question is how do I roll back to the last release???
