I purchased Parallels 9 for 2 machine (2 License Pack). Installed fine on first new Mac. Works well. But, on my second Mac, I have already installed Mavericks. Download won't open. Error message says there is no program to open the file. How do I install my newly purchased Parallels 9? No response to my email to seller of Parallels 9. thanks
