Parallels 9- Can't get trial version

    Hello,
    I was unable to get my trial key upon trying to use an alternate email.
    My second problem report number was 44222424.

    Hi Maheeshwar,

    I have used the trial key you sent me but i am still unable to activate the trial key i get this error

    I have sent another problem report and this was my ID: 44241944.

    Hello RichardLa,

    1. Generate a Problem Report ID and send us. ( http://kb.parallels.com/9058 )
    2. If you have an alternate e-mail address, try to request trial key using alternate e-mail (you can try your personal, if you feel OK with it.)
    3. If it still shows a red exclamation mark with another e-mail address – collect second Problem Report ID please. ( As suggested at http://kb.parallels.com/9058 ) and send that ID as well.
    4. We will Provide you with a trial license to activate Parallels Desktop on your Mac.

    I do have a problem with the red mark next to the Name when I want to get trial key. .Can you help me , ad ? Thank a lot .

    Please follow the steps as suggested below:

    1. Please follow the steps as suggested at http://kb.parallels.com/121072
    2. If it still shows a red exclamation mark Generate a Problem Report ID and send us. ( http://kb.parallels.com/9058 )
    3. If you have an alternate e-mail address, try to request trial key using alternate e-mail (you can try your personal, if you feel OK with it.)
    4. If it still shows a red exclamation mark with another e-mail address – Generate a report id as suggested at http://kb.parallels.com/9058 and please provide me the problem report number here.

    Hello sonnd9x,

    Please follow the steps as suggested at http://kb.parallels.com/116845 to activate the trial version of Parallels Desktop 9 for Mac.

    If you get a red exclamation mark next to your email, please follow the steps as given at http://kb.parallels.com/121072 and

    this should help you to activate the trial version

    I tried the fix it didn't work, it won't let me register trial. Other alternative or other workaround?

    Nevermind, no caps in email worked, which is stupid. Email address with non-lowercase letter is VALID.

    Trial doesn't work...

    I can't the trial version of Parallels to work...
    I've using a shorter email but it just has a red "!" next to it and is grayed off. Help please!

    Please generate a Problem Report ID ( http://kb.parallels.com/9058 ) and reply us with the Problem Report ID here and we will provide you with the trial activation key.
