Problem: Parallels 9 under Yosemite breaks OS X access to Windows drives This damn system insists "English only, please". Well, it *is* English, dammit. How do you expect to communicate a solution to a technical problem if you can't use technical language? So I've attached a PDF that explains the problem and a work around. I'm sorry that the Parallels forum system won't let me post it directly here for your information. In case someone monitors this who can fix it, I've attached the Word file, from which I copied and pasted the text that wasn't in English. Never mind. It won't let me do that either. If it seems to anyone that the community posts fewer solutions to problems than it might be expected to, I can suggest a possible reason: What looked to be a really helpful system to use turned out to be a very frustrating experience.
