Parallels asks me to reinstall windows xp

I've had it installed for at least 4 months now, and it fires up fine. I used it as recently as (less than) 24 hours ago. Then, I go to open it up tonight, and this comes up:



What gives? I do still have the windows CD, but I feel I shouldn't have to reinstall anything, especially since it's been working 100% fine up until now. Hitting cancel causes Parallels to close. Help please!
 
I suggest you to create new Virtual Machine and attach existing disk there.

to add existing disk, please stop Virtual Machine and add new disk
