After booting up Windows XP SP2 in Parallels Build 3120, the Mac menu bar at the top stays there! It is annoying because you cannot close any of the windows (the menu bar blocks it) Here's a picture This should be a minor fix! Help! Do you mean that the Parallels application is under the OS X title bar? If so that has been a problem from the earliest releases. The way I've corrected the problem is to enable Expose` with the F9 key, and then use the mouse to grab the Parallels title bar as it is sliding back into position. It has happened here maybe 5 times since I first installed Parallels months ago. It has usually happened when I've opened a second Parallels window - it opens under the Mac control and there's just no way to work with that window when it happens.
