Parallels can not run .exe file

    I downloaded parallels' 14 days trail version but the problem occurred
    I can not run .exe (execute) files (For example installing files such as "maplestory"...etc...)
    It says "error reading setup initialization file"
    Please help out

    I don't understand.

    Which version of Windows have you installed in Parallels? What is your host system (I am assuming it is not Windows?) What is "maplestory"?

    Parallels is not supposed to "run exe files".

    What exactly are you trying to do?

    I'm experiencing the same issue

    without functioning .exe files, how do you intal new software?
