Hey all. A few of our employees need to use the Parallels Client to access a customer resource. For most of them, everything is working just fine, but for one of our users, the client crashes before it even opens unless it is run as an administrator. For obvious reasons, this isn't really an option. So I am wondering if anyone might have any idea as to what may be happening. The extra information shown in the crash report is this: Problem signature: Problem Event Name: APPCRASH Application Name: APPServerClient.exe Application Version: 15.5.15687.0 Application Timestamp: 589b5239 Fault Module Name: APPServerClient.exe Fault Module Version: 15.5.15687.0 Fault Module Timestamp: 589b5239 Exception Code: c0000005 Exception Offset: 0000000000035c7e OS Version: 6.1.7601.2.1.0.18.10 Locale ID: 1033 Additional Information 1: 69f5 Additional Information 2: 69f54ee4c47f92841cf789ce4505522e Additional Information 3: 2b48 Additional Information 4: 2b48b14b6ace8d1f55fef27cb2103cd5 They are remoting in to Windows Server 2008 R2. Any insight into this would be appreciated!
We do not have a support contract, as no one in the company uses anything other than the Client, and even then it's only 5 individuals, one of whom is giving me this issue. I did not think support would cover without a support contract, so I was asking in here.
