    I'm running:
    • MacBook Pro (16-inch, 2019)
    • MacOS Monterey, Version 12.6 (21G115)
    • 2.3 GHz 8-Core Intel Core i9
    • 32 GB 2667 MHz DDR4
    • AMD Radeon Pro 5500M 8 GB
    • Parallels Desktop 18 for Mac, Version 18.1.0 (53311)
I keep losing work because Parallels is freezing. I'll go away from my computer for a bit, and when I get back I can't click on anything.

If I send CTRL + ALT + DEL, then nothing happens. If send a Shutdown command, then nothing happens. It takes control of my mouse but clicking doesn't do anything. The only thing I can do is send a Stop command, and then start it up again.

I've already tried changing the Startup and Shutdown setting to "Start up and shut down manually" and the Optimization was already set to "No Limit". So, I'm not really sure what else to try.

What is going on? I'm really tired of losing work.

Do Parallel employees actually provide support here? Is this a known issue?
