Parallels crash

A long standing Parallels and Fusion user, I had returned to Parallels since it had become more stable for my applications. A crash occurred while I was away last night. I tried to upload the library file containing bugreport (i.e., "parallels-fault ......." without success to this board. Is there any other file that might be helpful to diagnose the problem?

Please also provide me with following information:

* Parallels Desktop version and build: Parallels Desktop- -> About Parallels Desktop
* an XML file with a copy of system profile: Applications --> Utilities --> System Profiler --> File --> Save as
* Guest OS full version with SP included (if they are);
* a copy of /home/<username>/Documents/Parallels/<VM name>/<GuestVM>.pvs
* Archive of /Library/Parallels/bugreports/ (right click on folder --> Create Archive)
or ~/Library/Parallels/bugreports/

* /Library/Logs/panic.log
or ~/Library/Logs/CrashReporter/Parallels.crash.log from the Mac side;

But do not put here system profile, it may contains some personal info

You can create ticket in support, and attach file there in reply to support - web site is under development so uploading from webform is not working

I am trying to upload a 100mb file after five minutes a error message generates in my website http://www.populationofindia.in
that is your parallels has been crashed.what is this ? and website has been offline after sometime.
