Parallels Crashing Before Windows 7 Startup - But Recovers

I have a user running OS X 10.7.2 with Parallels 6 build 12094 and 12106. When the Windows 7 virtual machine is started, there is a brief pause right before the green loading bar appears. This pause appears to be Parallels crashing because afterwards, an error is generated that says that Parallels has recovered from a serious error. I have tested this on both 12094 and 12106 builds and I don't know what is causing it. Windows continues to load just fine and there aren't any problems other than this error coming up every time Windows starts up from a freshly launched Parallels.
