Parallels crashing

Every time I try to run Parallels, the program crashes. I just installed the product and I'm trying to proceed in the next step but I am not able to because of this problem. Please help.

I have the same problem too. I posted as well, 10 views, no suggestions. SO much for dual OS running on the MacBookPro...Im so disappointed
