Parallels Desktop 10 re-activiation problem

As many others, I'm unable to re-activate my Parallels Desktop 10 license. My Macbook was stolen and I need to activate Desktop 10 an a replacement machine. Re-activation is not possible, though, since the mail address activatepd@parallels.com and the website http://activatepd.parallels.com have been shut down.

I have the activation ID of the new machine at hand, also the license key of my Desktop 10 licence.

Is anybody able to help?
