Parallels Desktop 11 & Mac OS 10.12.6 issue

When I updated to 10.12.6 I found when trying to start a windows 10 creator's update VM it would freeze and kernel panic with an error in a parallels kext. I was wondering if anyone else had an issue with parallels 11 and 10.12.6 and a suggested fix, besides upgrading to parallels 12.
