Parallels Desktop 12, "Unable to activate Parallels Desktop"

Hello,

I'm trying to activate my license and always get an error "Unable to activate Parallels Desktop". In my web portal I see the next error "The license key is blacklisted". Could you help me with this issue? Thank you in advance.
