Parallels Desktop 15.1.2 with Microphone previlege

I upgrade my MacOS from 10.14.6 to 10.15.3 yesterday, but I got some issues with audio on macOS, like Zoom, music player.
I found if I close virtual machine, it works fine, after I resumed virtual machine, all audio disappeared, Zoom always try to detect output devices, but failed.

I found the Microphone and Camera privileges are not assigned to PD.

I tried to remove Sound & Camera hardware from the virtual machine, it doesn't work for me.

After I assigned these privileges to PD, it works fine on both running and closed virtual machine.

So I think PD does not work fine with the new privileges? If not assigned, it should not affect the system audio?
 
well, I have to take back my words, the issue appears again, I have no idea but clean install MacOS 10.15 or downgrade to 10.14
 
A little progress, if I just start the virtual machine (Windows 2016), the sound of Mac OS works fine, but when I start Rider (Jetbrains., Inc C# IDE, a java program), the sound disappeared, I reproduced twice!
