    I'm using macOS 15 DP2.
D 19.4.1 worked just fine when my subscription was activated, but it was expired on 7/5 and I can no longer open Parallels Desktop even when I renewed my license. Reboot my Mac or reinstall Parallels don't make it work again.
    System crash log is attached.

It seems to be a macOS bug since the DP3 has fixed it.
But `NSToolBar` with duplicated items (the cause of this issue) is deprecated in macOS 15.0, some workaround should be applied in order to make Parallels more compatible with next few versions of macOS.

I'm running into the same issue since my license expired. I purchased a new license online, but Parallels crashes every time I try to enter it. I tried reinstalling Parallels, but that didn't help.

Hi, does a os upgrade work? I just upgraded my macOS and it worked again.

It seems to be a bad design by Microsoft, but not a bug or glitch of virtual machine.

I was able to workaround this Parallels bug by using Parallels' command line API. The problem is that my license key expired, and I bought a new license key instead of renewing the same key, but I hade no way to enter the new key because Parallels Desktop crashed every time I tried to go into the license key screen.

Using Terminal on my Mac, I was able to run the following command to enter a new license key:
    prlsrvctl install-license --key *********************
(insert your license key in place of the asterisks)

I was able to use the command line to install a new license key. I'm sure a fresh MacOS install would have done the job too. I had been using my new Copilot+ PC as my daily driver this week, so I wasn't in too much of a hurry to get my Mac's VM's working. It dawned on me tonight that I had come across a command line reference a while back for Parallels, so I found the documentation on that and looked up part on installing a new license key. (prlsrvctl install-license --key *********************)

Thanks for sharing such a nice solution because I had the same issues.

This seems to not work if the key is an upgrade key, the CLI doesn't provide a way to pass the previous key.
