Parallels Desktop 4.0.3810 - Unable To Start installing parallels tools

Hi,

I have just updated to build 3810 and tried to update Parallels tools in my Vista x64 VM.
When I do so I get the following error message alert

Unable To Start installing parallels tools
(C:/Users/MyUser/AppData/Local/Temp/PrToolsPackages.setup.exe). Error: 2.

I have search the forum and cannot find a solution, anyone got any ideas?

Does anyone have any idea how to install parallels tools manually? Basically it seems as though the files have not been copied into the VM after the upgrade.
 
When I encountered the installation problem, I selected CD/DVD-ROM from Devices menu and then select prl-tools-win.iso from Connect Image ...
It worked well for installing parellels tools.
