Parallels Desktop 6 for Mac Build 11826 and Mac OS X 10.6.5 beta

Not running off a external drive.
Yes running the most recent 10.6.5 beta build (10h542)

issue is getting Win7 re-installed. I have tried the quick install method and tried doing it manually. It just hangs on Virtual Machine Creation.

I have tried doing a clean install (removing the Virtual Machine and installing from scratch but get the same issue).
 
1. Latest Mac Build: Mac OS X 10.6.5 (10H571) !!!
2. Latest Parallels Build does support vm's on firewire drives (external).
3. Vm is Windows 7 Ultimate
