I uninstalled Parallels Desktop and reinstalled everything to the new version (7.0.15106.786747), rebooted and everything seemed to work.
Today I start the pc and immediately PD but the pc still crashes. I forwarded the problem to your support and attach the file with the reporting error.
Clarify that the "old" OS Lion everything did not happen!
