Parallels Desktop cannot suspend the virtual machine because graphics application...

When trying to "quit," (without shutting down) I get the following message (with 4128, Windows XP):

Parallels Desktop cannot suspend the virtual machine because graphics application that uses OpenGL or DirectX is running. Please close the application before suspending.

No applications are running, and I've manually killed all processes except system-critical ones.

Any ideas?
