So will 3186 be the final RTM ???

Where is 3186? I hear that the final is being released today, but I am not seeing anything (though its early).

Both those sites just redirect back to parallels.com for the actual download... and the site is terribly slow just now because it's been dugg. Does anybody have an actual *mirror* for the download?
