Parallels Desktop for Mac Build 3214

So am I to understand that this software is now dead? All I see on this site now is about Desktop 3 build 4k or 5k (depending on beta or release).

I understand that I am already running the latest build. I am trying to find out if that version of the software is dead and Ver 3 is now the only package being worked on.
