Parallels Desktop for Mac Business - Cannot find Email sub registered to

    The business I work for has a system running Parallels Desktop for Mac Business Edition 17.1.4 and when I go to the Account & License Window I can see an active subscription but no information pertaining to the email address the subscription is registered to. How do I find what address the subscription is tied to?

    Your knowledgebase and documentation say the email/account should be located in the top right of the Windows for Account & Licenses but it simply isn't. See attached photo.
