Parallels Desktop for Mac crashes on launch

Just installed v3.0 out of the box on to a MacBook - Intel based chipset. As soon as I launch it , get the beachball and it then comes back with unexepetedly quit message. Relaunch and get the same. Uninstalled Parallels, ran repair permissions, deleted appropriate library files and extension files. Ran repair permissions again. Then did a clean install from CD again. Still getting the same "unexpectedly quit when launching the Parallels desktop to get started. What next?????
 
Parallels desktop crashing

I found that I needed build 5582 since I am running Leopard. I should of had a V8 this morn. Oh Well. Thanks anyway. I also downloaded the new Transporter for Windows as well. I guess that will do it.
