Parallels doesn't respond to Boot Camp issues -- why?

Note the following three threads -- they are merely examples, a longer sift through the forums will turn up many more:

    http://forum.parallels.com/thread14452.html
    http://forum.parallels.com/thread14543.html
    http://forum.parallels.com/thread14401.html

In each of these a problem with the raw disk ("Boot Camp") support is described by a user who, according to the documentation and the advice posted here by Parallels folks, hasn't done anything wrong.

Unlike the forum posts in which users have misconfigured Parallels for Boot Camp, in which cases advice and help is quick to appear, these posts that evidently pose the question of bugs in Parallels Desktop itself simply linger for days or weeks without answers, and users are, in the process, driven away.

This is a shame, since PD is a nice product -- modulo the evidently very poor quality assurance that was done on the 3.0 release.

Why doesn't Parallels step up to the plate and offer some assistance in these cases, or at least acknowledge that there are known bugs (and perhaps give some hints as to when they might be fixed)? It's a blatant cop-out to say "it's a user support forum, don't expect help from Parallels" when it is, in fact, the only support offered for the product, and is hosted on Parallels' own servers -- I'm not going to spend $30 to have a tech support robot tell me he doesn't know what the cause of my problem is either, after all, and I doubt others are, either.
