Parallels Explorer unable to open virtual machine

Error capture is attached-

I have uninstalled and reinstalled lastest version. and i get same error.


nothing else is running

I just got the same error. My system had a panic while the Parallels session was just starting to open the disk.

When I tried to revert to a previous snapshot, I got a an error and the Error code was 419502468.

Then I tried to use the Parallels Explorer to look at the files, same issue, not able to open the image.

What practical use are snapshots, if you are unable to revert to a snapshot!
 
Snapshots worthless

I would agree. I've been wasting time taking snapshots for several months. The first time I needed to revert to one, I get an error and cannot use any of the snapshots. I can't even delete the ones I have taken because "Error code is 419502468". I have come to realize that you are really unable to reliably backup a Parallels VM, we are the Beta testers.
