Am I missing something? Where is this feature?

I see that the C: drive of my WinXP image mounts whenever I start the VM (although it can't handle files w/ brackets in them, making everything in that directory invisible), but when I stop the the VM, it's automatically unmounted. How can I access files w/o launching Windows??

Its in the parallels folder in the applications folder. /Applications/Parallels

Oh great, thanks. Unfortunate that I can't seem to access virtual hard drives when Parallels is running, even the ones that are not being currently used.
