I was writing a paper in Microsoft Office Word 2010 with my Parallels on my Mac and after switching back and forth between Windows and Mac, my Word screen froze. I tried restarting the virtual machine as well as the computer, but every time i open it up again it opens to the frozen Word document. Any suggestions or theories to what happened?
