Parallels Hangs at Boot from Hard Disc...

Today one of our staff started to have an issue with parallels. When she tries to run the VM, first it would show the bios then flip back over with the VM showing stopped. I tried to repair the vista install by changing boot order to the CD. The install was repaired and now when VM is launched, it just hangs at the "Boot from Hard Drive..." text. Any help would be appreciated.

MAC: Intel OS 10.5.8
Parallels 3.0 Build 5626
Running Vista Home 32-Bit
