Parallels Image Tool - DVD Dual Layer?

I have attempted to create an iso image of a Suse 10.0 DVD, which is dual layer. No success, however, I can install from it to a guest vm. I run Windows XP Pro, fully patched, as the host. I have not tried creating iso's from any others single layer dvd's or cd's yet.
