Parallels - incompatible software after Mac OS uppgrade

I just upgraded Mac OS to Snow Leopard and now I can not open Parallels 2.5 anymore.

How do I reach the documents I created in Windows XP in Parallels 2.5?

I'd suggest you update to Parallels Desktop 5.
