Parallels Instantly shutting down/ crashing

Parallels is randomly vanishing while i am in the middle of working in windows XP! What is going on???? It just crashes without any warning.

Which Version of Parallels? What is your hardware? How much memory?

Parallels 4560 , Intel Macbook Pro 2g 2.33 gh core 2 duo.

What version of XP? Did it work previous and just started having problems? OS Window, Full Screen or Coherence mode? What happens in Safe Mode? Are you doing something consistent in Windows or just appears to crash no matter what you're doing? Any virus/spyware/adware/malware type scanners running?

Crashing such that Parallels dies or causing a kernel panic?
