Parallels Internet Security in PDM4 3810

Does the latest PDM4 build (3810) come with a new version of Parallels Internet Security?
If it does how do I update PIS to the latest version (the program, not the databases)? Running the 'Install Parallels Internet Security' from the Parallels menu results in just opening a window of the already running avp.exe.
