Parallels Internet Security - No update

Since two weeks, PIS don't update is databases anymore. Message is :

"Error connecting to update source"

The update process try to connect to : http://updates.pis.parallels.com/

VM is under Windows XP SP3 - and is accessing internet without trouble.

How to resole this ?

Try following
click Start - Run - type cmd and type command
nslookup updates.pis.parallels.com
Please post here output

What can I do to resolve this problem ?

It is ok, for now look Virtual Machine for software which may block connection
For example Zone Alarm, any other security software

In PIS, try going into settings>update>settings>update source>proxy server and uncheck use proxy server. This fixed my database update problems.
