Parallels internet security

I have parallels 5 and unlocked the trial version 7 that came with it. I upgraded to Kasperskys internet security 2010 which installed o.k. Problem now is I am unable to connect to the internet unless I completely uninstall Kas. I have installed and uninstalled twice to no avail.....Any suggestions would be great. I am running mac with snow leopard and my VM is windows XP.

Hello rebeccar,

Please lower the settings for Kaspersky to allow all incoming connections.

Also you can try changing the Network adapter type from Devices -> Network Adapter -> Bridged -> Default/Airport.

Hi Bopanna.......I'm sorry I'm not much of a computer geek!!! When you say "lower the settings to allow incoming connections" Can you elaborate as to what settings?

I am now unable to access Kaspersky in my VM, I logged off the VM, signed back on now the K icon in my toolbar is gone! Is this a new thread as I can't chage the settings as my security center is not there!!!! I am getting very frustrated here!!!!
