Since I've subscribed this Parallels 11 Pro are just problems. First I cannot move my license from my old mac to a new one. It keeps insistent messaging me the following: "The license server rejects is. Contact the Parallels support team for assistance." Then when I tried contact them, is got this: Unfortunately, your Support contract for Parallels Desktop has expired 2015-09-05 07:00:00. Please check your Parallels account for available support options or purchase support. How can this be possible if on the advertising of the subscription it says that I have support? I've uninstalled and also tried prlsrvctl deactivate-license, guess what? Failed to deactivate the license: Unable to deactivate the product. Your type of license cannot be deactivated. What's the point of having a huge advertising with multiple emails telling that older versions won't support El Captain and post-sales being crap? So please, if any good soul could help me with this would be amazing.
