Parallels just stopped working please help

Hi

I have been using parallels for six months and suddenly it will not allow me to access the internet at all. I am using it in a Macbook Pro 10.4.10. Please advise.

Hi Ankou,
I am not sure. I have misplaced the disc. It was new right around January of this year if that helps.

To check the current build number:
1. Start Parallels Desktop.
2. Make sure that Parallels Desktop window is active (the Parallels Desktop menubar is displayed).
3. From the Parallels Desktop menu, choose About Parallels Desktop.
4. The About Parallels Desktop window displays the number of the build you have.
